【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforcalibrationandcharacterizationofprimaryterrestrialphotovoltaicreferencecellstoadesiredreferencespectralirradiancedistribution,suchasTablesG173.TherecommendedphysicalrequirementsforthesereferencecellsaredescribedinSpecificationE1040.Referencecellsareprincipallyusedinthedeterminationoftheelectricalperformanceofphotovoltaicdevices.Primaryphotovoltaicreferencecellsarecalibratedinnaturalsunlightusingtherelativespectralresponseofthecell,therelativespectraldistributionofthesunlight,andatabulatedreferencespectralirradiancedistribution.ThistestmethodrequirestheuseofapyranometerthatiscalibratedaccordingtoTestMethodE816,whichrequirestheuseofapyrheliometerthatistraceabletotheWorldRadiometricReference(WRR).Therefore,referencecellscalibratedaccordingtothistestmethodaretraceabletotheWRR.ThistestmethodisatechniquethatmaybeusedinsteadoftheproceduresfoundinTestMethodE1362.Thistestmethodoffersconvenienceinitsabilitytocharacterizeareferencecellunderanyspectrumforwhichtabulateddataareavailable.Theselectionofthespecificreferencespectrumislefttotheuser.Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofaphotovoltaiccellthatshowsalineardependenceofitsshort-circuitcurrentonirradianceoveritsintendedrangeofuse,asdefinedinTestMethodE1143.Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofareferencecellfabricatedwithasinglephotovoltaicjunction.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
